Rachael Presdee

Rachael began her career at Sydney Theatre Company in stage management, later working as Executive Assistant and then Operations and Events Coordinator.
In 2006 she moved to the UK and returned to stage management, working on West End productions and UK tours for companies including the National Theatre, Donmar Warehouse, Headlong and The Royal Court.
Her specialty was working on plays, particularly new writing. Years spent inside rehearsal rooms and onstage with leading playwrights, directors and actors (including Harold Pinter) shaped a deep, practical understanding of performers and the creative process at the highest levels.
In 2012, Rachael sustained a catastrophic injury while working on a production, leading to an extended period away from the industry. Her return is shaped by a commitment to supporting performers and creatives as they broaden their careers and navigate long creative lives.
Rachael graduated from NIDA’s Technical Production course in 1999.

With one co‑founder in Sydney and the other in London, we bring a dual‑market perspective to our work.
We combine complementary skillsets across creative process, production and career strategy, supporting performers as they navigate opportunities and build long creative lives in Australia and the UK.

Skye Crawford

Skye is the Managing Director and Senior Agent of Crawford Marriott Associates, a London‑based agency representing performers across theatre, film and television.
She began her arts career at Sydney Theatre Company in the Development Department, before moving to the UK in 2007, where she built a career working across theatre, digital events and creative production.
She has worked in a variety of capacities across the industry, including as a producer in London with a focus on new writing, musical theatre and plays. Skye has represented performers across stage and screen for the past nine years, bringing a clear understanding of the industry’s shifting opportunities and the practical realities of sustaining a long career.
Her approach is collaborative, practical and grounded in long‑term relationships, with a strong connection between the Sydney and London entertainment industries.
